 The application can be accessed by tablet or phone.  Once the application is submitted, Smart Move credit reporting company will request authorization to pull a credit report via email.  Please authorize.  Lastly, take a photo of your government issued identification and the last 3 month paycheck stubs and email to:  PW2HM217@Gmail.com

 Maximum of two pets allowed.  

A $200 per pet non-refundable pet fee with a pet rent of $25 per month/per pet.  


The nominal pet rent ensures the well-being of both our human and furry residents.

Yes, we do offer homes as traditional rentals.  


However, we encourage all our tenants to work on improving their credit scores, that can create more financial opportunities, including the possibility of homeownership in the future. 


Our goal is to provide housing solutions that best fit each tenant’s needs while helping them build a strong financial foundation.

 Yes. Our LTO program is designed to help qualified tenants work toward stronger credit and a path to traditional mortgage financing so that you can get regular home financing within 12 to 18 months, sometimes sooner. In the meantime, we give you credit of $100 every month that will be credited towards the purchase price when you purchase the home.  You will be responsible for any repairs under $500 as training for when you own the home. We do require a option consideration of $3,000 to $5,000 and will be credited towards the purchase price when you buy the home.

 Rentals are based on a 12 month lease term and can be renewed annually.

 First month’s rent and security deposit for a standard rental.  LTO properties require first months rent plus 1 to 2 months deposit, depending up on the strength of the application.

 *All homes are offered without discrimination to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability or familial status.

*Each occupant 18yrs and older must submit an application.

*In cases where not all qualifications are met, compensating factors may be considered. These factors can include additional requirements such as an increased deposit, advance rent payment, or the presence of an approved local co-signer.

 At the time of signing the lease, the deposit is required, which is generally one times the amount of the rent.  On or before the move in date, the full rent is due.  If the move in date is not on the first of the month, the prorated amount of the rent is due on the move in date.  For instance, if the rent is $1500 per month and the move in date is the 15th of the month, half of the rent is due, which is $750.
